Impact + Evolution
Akesis Health US was founded in 2000 from the pioneering efforts of its founders in implementing one of the first antiretroviral (ARV) treatment programs in Africa.
Over the past 25 years, we have partnered with public and private sector stakeholders to strengthen health systems and expand access to healthcare in more than 35 countries.
Our work started at the peak of the HIV/AIDS epidemic and has evolved to support other critical health priorities in low and middle-income countries, including cancer, and other chronic diseases.
